Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to clients via telehealth platforms.

• Documenting therapy sessions and tracking progress within our EHR system to ensure compliance with regulations and to inform ongoing treatment strategies.

• Collaborating with colleagues to discuss cases and share insights aimed at improving patient care and therapeutic approaches.

• Engaging in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and stay informed about the latest clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including adults aged 18 and older, many of whom may come from minority and underserved backgrounds. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. An emphasis on inclusivity allows for a broader understanding and supportive treatment of clients from the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as men’s mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license in the State of Nevada.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, demonstrating competence in providing psychotherapy.

• Experience in executing CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy modalities effectively.

• Professional malpractice insurance coverage.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering warm and therapeutic client relationships.
