Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Assess client needs and develop thorough, personalized treatment plans that align with measurable therapeutic goals and track client progress effectively.

• Advocate on behalf of clients by connecting them to essential resources, including financial assistance, housing support, and social services that enhance their overall well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges such as suicidal ideation, trauma responses, or substance abuse issues, ensuring timely and effective intervention.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives that aim to increase mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and promote services available at Chrysalis Health.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of case notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and state and federal regulations.

• Participate in mentorship opportunities designed to encourage continuous professional development and personal growth within the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals and families facing significant life challenges, often related to mental health issues, substance use, trauma, and other psychosocial stresses. The clients served at our detox center often require compassionate and comprehensive support during one of the most challenging times in their lives. As a clinical social worker, you will empower these clients by providing skills and resources necessary for recovery and sustained emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid Nevada LCSW license, with the capability to practice independently.

• A patient-centered and culturally competent approach, demonstrating empathy, respect, and understanding towards diverse client backgrounds and experiences.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with references that attest to your skills in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
