You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DP-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer. Specialized experience is defined as the following: 1) Participating in weapon system test and evaluation (T&E) events utilizing Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools or specialized simulation suites; 2) Operating within a Linux environment to configure, execute, or troubleshoot simulation runs or data reduction scripts; 3) Conducting quantitative data analysis of simulation runs to evaluate, characterize, or validate weapon system performance against established mission threads; 4) Preparing, drafting, or delivering technical reports, briefs, or analytical documentation to communicate test results to team members or stakeholders.
