Job Description

As a Production Assistant, you will support the day-to-day activities of the production team and help ensure projects, materials, and operational tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working with different team members to keep daily operations moving smoothly. Training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and operational activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain materials and supplies.
• Support team members with project preparation and execution.
• Help coordinate schedules, tasks, and production requirements.
• Maintain organized and efficient work areas.
• Monitor materials and communicate when additional supplies are needed.
• Assist with basic documentation and production records.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Help identify and resolve minor workflow or operational issues.
• Complete additional production-related duties as needed.
