As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Sturgis, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and care.

Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with directions and maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
