Senior Systems Analyst

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a bachelors degree and at least 5 years of systems support and/or administration experience; alternatively, an associates degree with 7+ years or a high school diploma with 11+ years in systems support/administration may be considered in place of a degree.
• We require a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II/8140 expert-level certification, such as Security+.
• We require a DoD 8570 computing environment certification within 6 months of hire, such as MCSA, VCP, or an equivalent credential.
• We need hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows systems, including Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, Windows 10, Exchange, Active Directory, workstation and server hardware, Office 2010/2016, DNS, Group Policy, PKI, vSphere, Horizon View, data backup, antivirus software, and basic networking such as DHCP/TCPIP.
• We require experience with Cisco networking equipment and TACLANE encryption devices.
• We need working knowledge of VMware and Cisco platforms.
• We require a current and active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability and willingness to obtain a polygraph.
• We need the ability to remain stationary for about half the workday and to move around the office as needed.
• Local travel of up to 10% is required.

• We provide Tier II IT systems support across a broad set of technologies, including VMware vCenter, Horizon View, Site Recovery Manager, SolarWinds, Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC), GEMOne, HP SANs, Certificate Services, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• We diagnose and resolve performance, security, and technical issues affecting the supported platforms.
• We develop standard operating procedures to streamline recurring tasks.
• We take part in ITIL Service Lifecycle activities, including change request submission.
• We conduct requirements analysis, requirements gathering, and integration work for the supported platforms.
• We guide and support less experienced systems engineers.
• We investigate and resolve operational issues alongside other engineering and technical staff.
• We contribute to project teams responsible for engineering and packaging releases for integration into the customers production IT environment.

We are MANTECH, and we are looking for a motivated, career-focused, customer-oriented Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA. This is an onsite role. We also value experience with DISA or vendor security best practices, strong Microsoft Office skills, basic networking knowledge, service desk tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow, ITIL Foundations certification, and scripting experience or a willingness to learn.
