Title: Manager Release Management

Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Onsite

Duration: 04 months Contract on W2

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Manager Release Management to lead SAP release, change, and deployment activities across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP S/4HANA landscape management experience, expertise in ChaRM or SAP Cloud ALM, and proven leadership in enterprise deployments.

Must Have Skills:

8 10+ years of SAP landscape/release management or IT leadership experience.
Strong SAP S/4HANA landscape experience, including SAP BTP and third-party integrations .
Deep expertise in SAP ChaRM or SAP Cloud ALM deployment frameworks.
Experience leading CABs , cutover planning, rollback procedures, and hypercare.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, automated regression testing, deployment governance, and Clean Core principles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
SAP S/4HANA / Solution Manager / Cloud ALM certification preferred; MBA is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage SAP release and deployment lifecycle across enterprise landscapes.
Chair Change Advisory Boards and enforce deployment standards.
Develop detailed cutover and rollback plans for major releases.
Ensure system stability, deployment quality, and Clean Core compliance.
Coordinate release activities across SAP, business, infrastructure, and third-party teams.
Provide leadership during production deployments and post-release hypercare.
