ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my State Farm agency in 1985 after starting my career in life insurance sales. With decades of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve built my agency around helping people, developing talent, and providing outstanding customer service. I’m a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Economics, and outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing pickleball, and spending time with my wife, our five children, and ten grandchildren.

I believe in creating an energetic, supportive workplace where hard work and dedication are recognized. My team has opportunities for professional development, performance-based promotions, and long-term career growth. I want my team members to feel encouraged to develop their skills, reach their goals, and build a rewarding career.

I’m also proud to stay involved in our local community through the St. George Rotary Club and the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
