Field Services Supervisor

Job Description

The Field Services Supervisor will lead and coordinate IT support operations across a large healthcare network of more than 170 facilities. This person is responsible for overseeing field service managers, directing resources during incidents, building support and rounding strategies, and partnering with facility leadership to improve the overall support experience. While not personally traveling to all locations or handling day-to-day tickets, they will serve as the operational leader ensuring the right teams are deployed, service issues are addressed, and field services processes continue to mature as the organization grows.

Skills and Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, hospital IT operations, field services, infrastructure support, or a related environment
• Understanding of hospital operations and stakeholder management
• Experience supporting or coordinating IT infrastructure, including networks, switches, racks, printers, and scanners
• Ability to assist with incident response, escalations, and operational troubleshooting
• Experience coordinating teams, schedules, resources, or field support activities
• Ability to participate in after-hours support and major incident response as needed
• Previous leadership, supervisor, or people management experience
• Experience managing managers or leading field support teams
• Cisco networking experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Experience building processes, workflows, or operational standards
• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations
