Field Sales Representative

Independent Pharmacy Sales | Full-Time, Field-Based

This is a field-based role built on established, targeted territories. You'll sell something that genuinely helps small business owners succeed, backed by a proprietary online marketplace and a high-touch service model most competitors can't match. Here, strong salespeople have real room to grow—and you're treated like part of the family, not just a number.

Base salary + uncapped commission = realistic earnings up to $200K your first year

What You'll Do

•   Promote our products and services directly to independent pharmacies within your territory.

•   Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads.

•   Partner with management to advance leads into active accounts.

•   Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in the company CRM.

•   Support existing members to help them maximize their program benefits.

•   Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events as assigned.

What You Bring

•   3–5 years of experience in a pharmacy-related sales role.

•   Knowledge of GPOs or the pharmacy industry (strongly preferred).

•   A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

•   Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•   A solid grasp of proven sales techniques and strategies.

•   Willingness and ability to travel throughout your territory.

•   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

•   Familiarity with CRM software and sales-tracking tools.
