Join us to be part of a team that leverages cutting-edge technology to create sustainable, efficient, and resilient manufacturing processes, making a tangible impact on the global stage.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates Your contribution to the team: Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projects Problem-solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery Strong relationship with mid and senior level client stakeholders Strong leadership abilities to foster team performance and growth Commitment to cultivating a culture of learning and innovationRequired Skill and Experience• Drives infrastructure solutions across data center modernization, private and hybrid cloud, virtualization, HPC, CaaS, Infra for AI, AI POD and AI Factory-led transformation.• The role plays technology solution consultant role across pursuits, translating capabilities into client ready solutions and vendor/client price book patterns.• Instrumental in bringing together Data center, Network, Cyber, Cloud and MS solution elements into one coherent end-to-end proposal. • Prior Pre-Sales & Cross-Industry Transformation Experience.• Enterprise & Cross-Domain Architecture.• Techno-Commercial Acumen.• Stakeholder Collaboration & Transformation Consulting.• Communication & Expectation Management.Preferred Skill and Experience• Ability to define complex, AI-enabled infrastructure architectures and anchor solution reviews across data center, cloud, network, cyber and managed services towers.• Understanding of consulting, presales, solutioning and pricing frameworks, including assumptions, dependency mapping, effort models, vendor bill of material and client price book alignment.• Contribute to thought leadership participate in calls relationship with analysts in her/his focus areas• Ability to leverage domain knowledge and AI-first solution thinking to solve business and IT problems from a technology, operating model and commercial perspective, while switching context across multiple infrastructure services.• Customer, vendor, alliance and internal stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead pursuits and integrate inputs from Data center, Network, Cyber, Cloud and MS teams.• Identify and create printable artifacts guides and author papers • Contribute to performance appraisals and career aspiration programs for junior team members and lead technical discussions with customer technology experts to articulate technical value and differentiation.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
