Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $307.half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly $615-$700 - Per hour not OT

Holiday $922.Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT Submissions over the cap will not be cleared by MSP.

Start Date: ASAP for 6-12 months

Schedule/Shift times: Fulltime M-F 8a-5p every week

Setting: Outptatient

Duties: Hematology Care - Its Hem/Onc but we really need coverage in the benign and malignant heme. Just no solid tumor. The benign versus malignant ratio is probably 60/40 as an estimate.
