Weekly: 4-19 hours Sales Ambassadors are experts in product and brand knowledge, as well as providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. They cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in sales and operations. They consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back. Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Customer Experience: Deliver a world‑class customer experience, listen attentively, ask open‑ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and strive to make customers’ day. Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values such as fighting animal testing, fresh cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging. Articulate these values in shop and community engagement. Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations. Team Involvement – Development: Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and improve skills and performance. Team Involvement – DEIB: Encourage open communication, promote teamwork, recognize contributions. Operational Excellence – Time & Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work. Operational Excellence – Visual Merchandising: Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store. Operational Excellence – Stock & Inventory: Use visual merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays. Operational Excellence – Policies & Procedures: Follow company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business. Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs (evenings, weekends, holidays). NOTE: Candidates under 18 will be employed on a contract basis through the Lush Youth Employment Program. Preferred: Experience with consultation‑based customer service models. Strong problem‑solving skills. Experience working in a team environment. Experience in skincare or cosmetics. Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training. Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages. Salary $15 - $15 USD per hour.
