Position Overview We are hiring professional options traders to trade funded accounts. You will receive firm capital to trade options strategies of your choosing, maintaining full autonomy over your approach while adhering to structured risk controls and benefiting from a collaborative trader network. Location: Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments Key Responsibilities Develop and execute options strategies including directional, spread, and volatility plays Analyze implied volatility, Greeks, and options pricing models to identify opportunities Manage multi‑leg options positions with disciplined risk protocols Monitor and adjust open positions based on market conditions and Greeks changes Maintain detailed logs of all options trades and strategy rationale Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth Required Qualifications Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structureProcess‑oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post‑trade analysis Independent, accountable, and committed to long‑term trading development Dependable computer setup and broadband connection for daily trading Familiarity with scripting, automation, or analytical tooling is a plus Position Details 1099 contractor relationship structured around your trading performance Keep 65% to 90% of profits, with splits improving as you move up the firm's tiers Begin with up to $50,000 in firm‑allocated buying power, scaling to $500,000+ Fully remote with complete schedule flexibility — no required hours or location Documented bi‑monthly review process for capital and tier advancement Additional advancement incentives and bonuses discussed during the interview Our Work Culture Our culture is built around the idea that traders perform best when they have autonomy, capital, and a supportive community.
