Assistant Project Manager

About The Role I am working with a commercial general contractor who specializes in education & healthcare projects across North Carolina & South Carolina. They have several new projects starting in the next 3 months and are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Greenville, SC to assist with these. They are looking to pay between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum and offer a comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, and various other optional insurances), vehicle allowance, company phone (iPhone), laptop and iPad. Requirements Required 3+ years experience as an Assistant Project Manager working for a Commercial General Contractor. Healthcare / Education construction projects not essential but beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills, initiative and positive, “can-do” attitude are essential.
