Job Description

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing project plans and budgets
  • Coordinating and overseeing all phases of the construction process
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Managing project schedules and resources
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Conducting site visits and inspections
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Proven experience in project management in the construction industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficiency in project management software
