Assistant General Restaurant Manager/Sr Chef

Overview The Senior Chef is a position for those preparing to be future Piada Partners in our organization. In this role you will learn the overall responsibilities of a Piada Partner and run the overall restaurant under the guidance of the Partner. The Sr. Chef is also responsible for the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant.
