About the Role

Help lead our culinary program to deliver memorable, resident-centered dining that nourishes body and soul.

You'll support menu execution, train teammates, and keep the kitchen organized, safe, and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Lead production, plating, and presentation alongside the Chef
• Support menu creation balancing nutrition, variety, and delight
• Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen teammates as assigned
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Assist with purchasing, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Engage residents to gather feedback and elevate experiences

Skills & Attributes

• Advanced culinary technique and creativity

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Mentorship mindset; eager to teach and coach
• Customer service focus and adaptability

Relatable Experience

• Culinary leadership roles in healthcare, hospitality, or hotels
• Programs serving seniors or vulnerable populations
• Internships or roles honing leadership and technique

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• ServeSafe (or able to obtain within 60 days)
• Current negative TB test; able to pass a criminal background check
• Time management and documentation skills
