Job Description
ICU RN - Registered Nurse

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience
- Travel experience required
- Preferred experience in Trauma Level I/II and community hospitals
- Compact license in hand at submission
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Experience with Epic charting
- Competence in core ICU skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, central/arterial line care, and others as specified.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in an ICU setting.
- Monitor and manage patients with critical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and renal failure.
- Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Perform necessary procedures and interventions in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation to be completed prior to assignment start.
- Must adhere to uniform policy with solid navy blue scrubs.
- Free parking available for staff.
- Minimum requirement to work weekends and major holidays as specified in the policy.
