Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. Opportunity to independently assess patients, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide ongoing follow-up care. Perform minor office procedures and coordinate care with specialists and community resources as needed. Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, medications, and treatment plans to promote long-term health.
