What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and maintain nursing staff schedules

• Fill open shifts while minimizing overtime and agency usage

• Communicate staffing needs with managers and nursing leadership

• Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules

• Assist with call-offs, shift changes, and daily staffing adjustments

• Ensure staffing meets regulatory and facility requirements

• Collaborate with leadership to support recruitment and retention efforts

• Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
