About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational financial management of the organization. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO and executive team, leading financial strategy and planning, and will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This role demands a hands-on, high-impact approach, with a focus on translating financial data into actionable insights and supporting the company's growth initiatives. The VP of Finance will also oversee financial reporting, establish and strengthen internal controls, and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA strongly preferred, and at least 8-12 years' of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years' in a senior finance leadership role. Experience in a healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or life sciences environment is essential, as is a strong command of GAAP, financial modeling, and reporting. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in M&A activities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth company. Preferred qualifications include experience with multi-entity corporate structures, intercompany accounting, and proficiency in ERP/HRIS platforms. The VP of Finance will also be involved in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and preparing financial presentations for the Board and investors.
