We’re looking for a Parts Department Assistant who can keep things moving, keep customers smiling, and help our team find the right parts at the right time. If you’re organized, personable, detail-oriented, and thrive when things get busy, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part parts detective, part customer service pro, and part behind-the-scenes hero.

• Help customers and staff identify, price, and locate standard and custom parts.
• Oversee parts sales from start to finish and make sure customers know what’s happening every step of the way.
• Work with the Parts Manager to track down those hard-to-find parts that somehow always seem to be hiding.
• Assist with special-order requests and make sure customers get what they actually ordered.
• Keep customers updated on parts availability and order status.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, professional, and helpful way.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Bottom line: You’ll help turn “Do you guys have this part?” into “Yep, we’ve got you covered.”

You don’t have to know every part number on day one. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn, ready to help, and bring a great attitude to the team.

We’d love to meet you if you have:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
• The ability to stay cool and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A sharp eye for detail and the determination to see things through
• Strong communication and people skills—in person and over the phone
• A prompt, courteous, and professional approach
• An enthusiastic personality and a genuine team-player attitude
