Accounting Manager

Summary Our Dallas based client is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to manage the accounting for three coffee house locations. Experience using R365 software is required. Responsibilities Handle accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities Lead period close on a 13-period accounting calendar Maintain accurate inventory and COGS reporting Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements Manage bank reconciliations, cash controls, and fixed assets Review vendor pricing and support cost analysis Help improve accounting workflows, systems, and controls Requirements 3+ years of accounting experience in a multi-unit or operational environment Background in food & beverage, restaurant, café, or retail strongly preferred Accrual accounting and inventory costing experience Restaurant365 Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving setting Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
