We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Codification Support Clerk to join New Paradigm Staffing , assisting coding teams with documentation preparation and verification.
This role is perfect for someone curious about medical coding who wants hands-on experience supporting coding workflows. You'll learn how to prepare charts for coding, verify documentation, flag missing pieces, and ensure coders have everything they need - all while receiving structured mentorship.
