Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As an Associate Executive Director, you support overall community operations while developing into an Executive Director, driving performance across care, sales, financials and team leadership.What You'll Do:Support full community operations including care, sales, financial performance and complianceAssume Executive Director responsibilities and overall community leadership during ED absencePartner with the ED to drive occupancy, revenue growth and operational excellenceLead recruiting, hiring, coaching and performance management of team membersSupport budget management, expense control and financial performanceDrive resident and family engagement, satisfaction and service recoveryEnsure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standardsParticipate in sales efforts, move-ins and community outreach initiativesLead meetings, communicate priorities and align department leadersWhat You'll Bring:Prior leadership experience (senior living preferred)Bachelor's degree preferred; Administrator license as requiredExperience in operations, team leadership and performance managementStrong financial, sales and customer service acumenAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, leadership and decision-making skillsPassion for serving seniors and developing into an Executive DirectorPay Range: 81,016.00 - 111,904.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
