Contracts Manager

Contracts ManagerIndra Air Traffic is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee end-to-end contract management. This role serves as the primary contractual interface with customers and plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and advising legal and commercial leadership on contract-related business decisions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in federal procurement and negotiation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary lead for end-to-end contract management.Review, negotiate, and administer contract terms and conditions with customersTrack key contractual deadlines and ensure alignment of documentation with program requirementsEnsure compliance with federal procurement regulations and serve as the primary customer interface on related compliance mattersAdvise on contractual and business decision-making, supporting program performance and client relationship managementAct as the primary company interface with customer contracting officers and procurement agentsQualificationsBachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; or Graduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of prior relevant experienceExperience working for a government contractor in the defense or aerospace sector, managing contracts with U.S. government customersDemonstrated experience with FAR and DFARS from the contractor/seller side, including proposal support, contract negotiation, and complianceWorking knowledge of government contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ)Experience interfacing directly with government contracting officers as the contractor's representativeU.S. citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is requiredPreferred QualificationsPrior experience specifically supporting DOT/FAA or DoD programsActive or prior U.S. security clearanceExperience with ITAR/EAR export complianceIndra is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
