Location: Largo, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with expectations to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description: Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic float unit within a psychiatric and rehabilitation department. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care, along with adapting to various departments as needed. Our facility is committed to supporting our staff and providing an environment conducive to growth and learning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in patient and family education, ensuring understanding of care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience in a float or diverse nursing role preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-focused with excellent communication skills.
