If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Job Responsibilities Include: Own and manage observability using New Relic (APM, infrastructure monitoring, dashboards, alerting)Define and implement SLIs/SLOs and alerting strategiesDrive incident response, root-cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortemsAdminister GitHub Enterprise (repos, branch protections, access control)Design and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for Java/.NET applicationsSupport engineering teams with build, deployment, and pipeline reliability improvementsContribute to code quality and security practices in CI/CD pipelinesTroubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and CI/CD layersDrive continuous reliability and performance improvementsLeverage or support adoption of AI/automation in SRE workflows (alerting, incident triage, or productivity tools like Copilot)Basic Qualifications:5+ years of Hands-on experience with New Relic (or similar APM tools)5+ years of Strong understanding of SRE practices (SLI/SLO, alerting, incident management)5+ years of Experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions5+ years of CI/CD pipeline experience for Java or .NET applications5+ years of Strong Experience in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills5+ years of Experience supporting production workloads (application + infrastructure)Preferred Skills:Basic exposure to AI-enabled tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, observability insights, or automation tools)Advanced New Relic capabilities (synthetics, dashboards, query/SQL monitoring)Experience with JFrog Artifactory and/or XraySonarQube integration for static code analysisGitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Dependabot, secret scanning)Experience supporting Angular or multi-stack pipelinesExposure to network monitoringHands-on use of AI/ML for SRE or DevOps automation (alert noise reduction, anomaly detection)GitHub Copilot usage or governanceExposure to ServiceNow ITOM (event mgmt, CMDB, discovery)Experience with Databricks CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with AIOps concepts (predictive alerting, intelligent incident response)NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S. based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,800 - $145,200 per annum. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
