The Receptionist plays a vital role in managing front desk operations within a small team, providing professional call handling, visitor greeting, and appointment scheduling using specialized scheduling software. This position is focused on delivering excellent customer service in a single office location, without supervisory responsibilities or the need to manage confidential information.
