Customer Experience & Service Coordinator We are a fast-growing home service company specializing in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Generator services. As a Customer Experience & Service Coordinator, you will be the voice of our company after each service call. You'll handle customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, and work closely with our dispatch team to keep schedules running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction Document customer feedback and identify trends or recurring issues Coordinate with technicians and dispatch to update job statuses Assist with rescheduling appointments and communicating changes to customers Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our system Help improve internal processes to enhance the overall customer experience Previous experience in customer service, call center, or service coordination (home services experience is a plus) Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using scheduling or CRM software Positive attitude and a team-first mindset You'll play a critical role in shaping how customers remember our service.
