Role Summary The Customer Technical Support Specialist delivers prompt, solution-oriented assistance to clients by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, supporting travel-related requests, and ensuring booking details remain accurate and complete. This role focuses on technical guidance, problem resolution, customer satisfaction, and administrative precision in a remote environment.
