Description We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join Collabour Biz, a leading Public Relations company based in New Orleans. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within the office. This position is vital to maintaining efficiency and organization, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be involved in a variety of projects and tasks, making this role dynamic and engaging for individuals looking to kickstart their career in office administration. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain office supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary. Handle data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail. Support colleagues with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Requirements Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
