We renovate homes, manage construction projects, and transform properties through renovations, flips, and long-term investments. We're looking for a Field Coordinator who enjoys being in the field more than behind a desk. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward. You'll spend your days visiting job sites, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and tenants, making deliveries and pickups, handling minor installations, and ensuring every project is progressing as planned. This position offers tremendous growth potential. As you demonstrate leadership and project management skills, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager and take on greater responsibility within the company. Compensation & Benefits $75,000–$85,000 annual salary Performance bonus opportunities Benefits stipend Vehicle reimbursement Opportunity for career advancement into Project Management and beyond Responsibilities: • • Coordinate daily operations at multiple job sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Manage the logistics of material deliveries and pickups to maintain project momentum. • Assist with minor installations and repairs to support the construction team and meet project deadlines. • Document project updates and communicate any changes or challenges to the project manager promptly. • Foster a collaborative environment by building strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project. Qualifications: • • Experience in coordinating construction projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. • Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and tenants, fostering strong working relationships. • Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track. • Comfortable performing light construction tasks and minor installations, such as installing appliances and hardware. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sites, ensuring cleanliness and professional maintenance. • Proficiency in documenting project progress with detailed updates and photos. • Familiarity with project management software and the ability to organize bids and documentation efficiently. Compensation:
$75,000-$85,000 per year
