Seeking a motivated Contract Recruiter for a 90-day remote role, who will manage the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent to support the company's growth in public safety solutions. Key responsibilities Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain communication with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process Required qualifications Five years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting At least two years of technical recruiting experience with a thorough understanding of technology roles Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proficient understanding of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws and regulations
