Duties and Responsibilities Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measuring instructions Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed Adjust machines as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying production requirements Spend up to 10 hours a day in a stationary position on the ergonomically enhanced BMW assembly line Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools Conduct quality control checks periodically and maintain quality standards Essential Job Functions Work in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate problem‑solving and multitasking skills Maintain a stationary position during a shift Shift between upright and low stances as required Reach overhead as necessary to perform job functions Operate machinery to perform job functions Move and transport up to 50 lbs unassisted Required Experience 1 year in production, manufacturing, assembly, or other applicable experience High school diploma or GED Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and celebrate our employees' differences, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected class.
