Hofmann USA has an amazing opportunity for Production Associates in the Greer, SC area working at the BMW plant on the Assembly Line. With pay increase! Responsibilities Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production Spend up to 10 hours a day in a stationary position on the ergonomically enhanced BMW assembly line Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools Conduct quality control checks periodically and maintain quality standards Schedule Day Shift hours are 7:00am – 5:40pm Night Shift hours are 7:30pm – 6:10am During training you work 5 shifts that are 8 hours a day for 2 weeks Once training is complete you work 4 shifts that are 10 hours a day each week Picking up overtime shifts is allowed and encouraged Benefits Starting pay is $23.58 per hour for day shift and $24.83 per hour for night shift Medical with a portion paid by I.K.
