Marketing Lead

The Role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Lead to guide our marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple verticals in the AI, digital transformation, and IT services space. This role is based in NYC or NJ, with 3 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital transformation services and a track record of building successful marketing strategies within IT services or technology consulting. You will need to be a strategic thinker who can turn complex technical solutions into narratives that resonate across diverse audiences, while also building the brand's presence and relationships across the New York market. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will build and run the strategy, and personally lead the team that executes it. What You'll Do Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and generate leads across our AI/digital transformation/IT services verticals Build and maintain Fulcrum's brand presence and network within the New York market Establish and grow connections with relevant industry associations to raise Fulcrum's profile among prospective clients and partners Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry leader Partner closely with sales and account teams on cross-selling and upselling initiatives within existing client accounts Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support their efforts Campaigns, Events & Demand Generation Plan and execute marketing campaigns, industry events, and engagements that promote the brand and generate qualified leads Oversee content management and lead generation programs end-to-end Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email, and analyze campaign performance Manage and mentor a team of 6-7 people responsible for Events, Messaging, and Lead Generation Set goals, allocate resources, and oversee execution across the three functional areas of the team Research & Budget Conduct market research to track industry trends and identify growth opportunities Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation Prior experience within the AI, digital transformation, or IT services industry strongly preferred Demonstrated experience managing a marketing team (events, messaging, and lead generation functions) Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies Established network or ability to build one within the NYC market quickly Excellent communication and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
