Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the psychological needs of elderly residents, ensuring the creation of tailored care plans.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions that address emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, and grief, all of which may arise during later stages of life.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, social workers, and family members, to develop comprehensive care strategies aimed at optimizing each client’s mental health and overall well-being.

• Provide grief counseling for clients and their families coping with end-of-life issues, dedicating time for emotional processing and reflection during these difficult transitions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
