We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Supervisor i s responsible for overseeing daily customer service operations, ensuring adherence to established standards, procedures, and processes. This role leads and develops the customer service team to deliver efficient, professional, and high-quality service while supporting cross-functional coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support customer service staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Experience in manufacturing, order processing
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support ongoing training and development.
• Ensure consistent implementation of customer service processes, policies, and best practices.
• Act as a primary resource for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with internal teams to coordinate scheduling, order fulfillment, and service updates.
• Monitor order activity and ensure timely processing, follow-up, and completion of customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and transactions while ensuring confidentiality.
• Oversee communication channels (phone and email) to ensure responsiveness and professionalism.
• Support logistics and administrative functions, including order coordination, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist with special projects and provide cross-functional support as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and standard office systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach.
• Typing proficiency and ability to document interactions efficiently.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
