• Provide direct patient care in an emergency room setting
• Respond to emergency situations with a composed and decisive manner
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (within 180 days)
• Trauma Nurse Certification (TNCC)
• Less than 1 year of experience in direct patient care preferred
