Simmons Prepared Foods Inc
The EDI Analyst at Simmons Prepared Foods Inc. maintains and improves EDI systems and processes, ensuring accurate, timely exchange of documents with trading partners.
Responsibilities include monitoring EDI transmissions (850/855/856/810), resolving errors, onboarding new partners, collaborating with IT, logistics, and finance, and documenting mappings and communications. Travel 15% as needed; bachelor's degree or equivalent EDI experience required.
