We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and driven Landscaping Business Development Representative that is comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company. Our Landscaping Business Development Representative will be responsible for cultivating, growing and managing our commercial accounts. We offer an annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 base salary with opportunities for commission. In addition, we offer a SIMPLE IRA with company match, paid time off, take-home company vehicle, and a positive work environment. Requirements for our Landscaping Business Development Representative: 3-5+ years of experience in business development, landscaping account management, or sales; Landscaping experience is required, with a strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of turf and turf treatment options; Proficiency with technology and prior experience with CRMs; experience with LMN is a plus; Experience with cold calling and cold lead cultivation; A proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships with warm and cold leads and strong relationship-management experience; Key goals for our Landscaping Business Development Representative: Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts; Cultivating and developing additional commercial revenue and accounts; Developing long-lasting relationships with commercial clients ensuring renewals of contracts; Providing excellent client services and seeking out opportunities for enhancements and upsells; Seeking out opportunities for new business through following up on warm and cold leads and following the sales process through to completion; Other duties as assigned Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development Design Services, Facilities Services, and Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
