JMT Landscape Group LLC Location: Indianapolis, IN (Travel Throughout the Midwest & Southeastern U.S.)Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $20.00 - 28.00 / HR

Position Overview As a Construction Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced Foremen and construction professionals to build high-quality outdoor projects safely, efficiently, and with pride.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with construction of outdoor amenity projects.
- Install retaining walls, pavers, fencing, playgrounds, site furnishings, irrigation, landscaping, and specialty features.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
- Follow company safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
- Learn new construction skills and techniques.
- Construction or landscape experience preferred, but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and work outdoors.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work.
- Ability to travel to project locations.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
