Hiring: Scrum Master / IT Project Manager Agile, Scrum, Jira Contract

Location: Johnston, RI

Job Type: Contract

Client: Tech Mahindra (TechM)

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead project teams and drive successful delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies
Act as a Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies
Conduct Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews & Retrospectives
Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope, goals, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, risks, and milestones
Implement change management processes
Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices
Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or IT Project Manager

Strong experience with Agile methodologies & Scrum Master responsibilities
Project Management experience
Change Management knowledge
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
