Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join a great firm's growing team, specializing in securities litigation and professional liability. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing complex litigation cases, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in securities disputes and professional liability matters. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage securities litigation cases and professional liability matters from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations. Collaborate with clients to develop effective litigation strategies tailored to their needs. Advise clients on compliance and risk management related to securities and professional liability issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in securities litigation and professional liability. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proven track record of successful case management and client representation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
