Collaborate with Chefs and Food & Beverage Directors while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional kitchen. Help craft meals that meet modified diet plans, making a real difference in guests' health and satisfaction. Monitor food quality, manage portions, and act quickly to ensure every plate meets our service excellence. Follow proper sanitation and waste control practices, contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable kitchen.
