3PL Analytics and Inventory Management Supervisor

Baxter seeks a Logistics Supervisor to manage third-party logistics operations at an onsite warehouse location in York, Pennsylvania. The role involves overseeing 3PL supplier relationships, optimizing workflows, managing inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day 3PL warehouse operations onsite as primary Baxter liaison
- Monitor KPIs and inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and audits
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service and profitability
- Lead business reviews and coordinate with cross-functional teams including order management and planning
- Proactively identify and escalate issues impacting service levels and fulfillment goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field
- 5-7 years of related supply chain or logistics experience
- Strong data analysis and business acumen across inventory and KPI management
- Excellent communication skills across organizational levels and geographies
- Project management and problem-solving capabilities with negotiation skills
- Effective stakeholder management and team leadership abilities
Compensation: $72,000-$91,000 base annually
