Talent & Operations Coordinator (Wauwatosa)

Extension is seeking a Talent & Operations Coordinator to join our internal team in Wauwatosa, WI . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting multiple areas of a growing business.

• Work closely with our Recruiting and Sales teams while supporting candidates and employees throughout their experience with Extension.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, and maintaining job postings.
• Coordinate candidate and new-hire processes, including background checks, required documentation, onboarding, and ongoing follow-up.
• Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and client information within Bullhorn and other internal systems.
• Support the Recruiting and Sales teams with client research, lead generation, reporting, presentations, and other day-to-day operational needs.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for candidates and employees while helping keep internal processes organized and running smoothly.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, administrative support, sales support, or a similar people-focused role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable making phone calls, communicating with new people, and learning new systems and technology.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and an interest in learning and growing.

Salary Information

Starting Pay: $20+ Based on experience and qualifications.
