Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.

Provide assistance, information, and exceptional customer service.

Lead Conversion

Engage with customers to understand their needs.

Answer questions and recommend appropriate services.

Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.

Scheduling

Schedule appointments and coordinate with service professionals.

Ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Customer Follow-Up

Confirm appointments.

Gather customer feedback.

Address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests within our CRM system.

Qualifications

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
